Kathy Gibson

Kathy has been enjoying Garrett County her entire life – first spending holidays and summer vacations here before moving to the area full-time in 1975. She and her husband, Jim (A Garrett County native!), have 2 sons, Todd and Beau, who grew up taking full advantage of all the amenities the area has to offer, which include an excellent education!>

Kathy’s association with Railey Realty as a sales associate began shortly after the sale of the lakefront business she and her husband owned, which continues to operate as “Red Run Lodge.”

She is knowledgeable in all areas of the local real estate market and strives to provide all of her clients with the utmost in customer service
